Why Local First?
In order to make Milwaukee a more sustainable community, our goal is to build market share for locally-owned, independent businesses by increasing awareness about the personal and community benefits of choosing local. Remember, for every $1 you spend at a locally owned business, more than 68¢, versus 43¢ spent at a national chain, remains in Milwaukee. Featured MemberElite Sports Clubs Elite Sports Clubs is a locally owned organization consisting of four multi-purpose athletic clubs in suburban Milwaukee: 2 clubs are located in Brookfield, 1 in Glendale and our newest facility is in Mequon. All of our clubs have a heavy tennis influence; our 32 indoor courts and comprehensive instructional format make us arguably the biggest tennis program in the state of Wisconsin.
